

COVID Safety Policy
No Covid 19 restrictions are currently in place in the host country, however, we understand that participants are travelling to the conference from countries where different Covid 19 rules and attitudes exist. We are therefore continuing to observe some covid precautions which we feel are in the interest of all conference participants.
General Covid 19 Safety
MASKS
Standard, blue, Covid 19 masks will be provided at registration for any delegate wishing to wear one. Masks are optional.
HAND SANITISER
Hand sanitising stations will be positioned throughout the conference venue and on registration desks.
CONFERENCE SEATING
The conference hall layout will allow for a comfortable physical distance between delegates who will be asked to keep the same seat for the duration of each conference day.
HEADSETS
Delegates will be asked to keep the same translation headset for the duration of each conference day. Headsets will be disinfected at the end of each conference day.
SPEAKER SEATING
The stage seating layout will allow for a comfortable physical distancing between panellists and will be sanitised between sessions.
PODIUM
Podium, Microphones, Screens will be sanitized between each speaker.
REGISTRATION
Pre-registration will be encouraged to avoid queues and self-service registration will be implemented wherever possible. Badges will be disinfected prior to distribution.
FUNCTIONS
All serving staff are fully vaccinated, regularly tested and will wear gloves and face masks. Functions will be held outside where possible.
VENUES
Venues will use the maximum amount of ventilation available.
