Credit Card Payments 

Credit Card Transaction Charges Apply. UK Cards = 2%. EU Cards = 2.5%. Non UK, EU Cards = 3.25%

VAT of 20% will be charged to UK companies only at point of invoicing 

All amounts will be debited from your credit card in GBP at the mid market rate at the time of payment

Cancellation

Before 2 September 2023 = Free cancellation

After 2 September 2023 = 100% cancellation charge

Check In / Out

Check in time = 14:00

Check out time = 12:00 

Early check in charges between 08:00 - 14:00 = 50% of room rate. Before 08:00 = 100% of room rate

Late check out charges between 12:00 - 18:00 = 50% of room rate. After 18:00 = 100% of room rate

Incidental Expenses

Guests will be required to establish credit for incidental expenses upon registration at the Hotel by presenting a credit card for pre-authorization (Visa, Master Card) or by paying a deposit in cash in Uzbek Sums. The amount of pre-authorization (deposit) is 50% of the total accommodation per day. Should the Guest refuse to establish the credit, the Hotel reserves the right not to provide the additional services or to ask for pre-payment for additional services.
