Organised by Dialogue Events in partnership with the Cyber Security Centre of Uzbekistan and supported by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, CSS 2025 will convene representatives from national cybersecurity agencies and Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) across Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, alongside international experts. The summit will examine the latest trends, emerging threats, and the critical importance of cross-border collaboration, intelligence sharing and attribution.

CSS 2025 will feature a conference and expo including plenary sessions, panel discussions, seminars, networking functions, and the return of CyberKent 3.0 – Uzbekistan’s largest hacker competition – where RED and BLUE teams will once again battle for supremacy.

The European Union Government Gateway is an official supporter of the conference and will host a seminar within the framework of the summit, led by gold sponsors Expertise France and the e-Governance Academy Estonia. The EU’s work in Central Asia focuses on strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure, fostering technological sovereignty, and enhancing operational capacity to prevent and respond effectively to cyber threats.

For the third year running, the leadership of the global Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST) will also attend the conference. FIRST brings together experts from computer incident response teams around the world to promote collaboration and information sharing to improve cybersecurity.

Launch of the CISO Club of Uzbekistan

New for 2025, the organisers have launched the CISO Club of Uzbekistan, created to foster dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among the country’s top cybersecurity executives. With more than 200 members already, the club is supported by an advisory board including CISOs from Korzinka, UzCarlsberg, Tashkent International Medical Center, SEG Enera, Agrobank, Uzcard, UzbekTelecom, and Kazzinc.

CISO Club members will play a prominent role throughout the summit programme, sharing insights on best practices, regional challenges, and global trends. The club will also host its inaugural networking reception during the event, providing an exclusive forum for peer-to-peer engagement and collaboration.

Global Industry Support

CSS 2025 enjoys strong backing from international, regional and national cyber security companies. 15 sponsors and 20 exhibitors including title sponsor Cloudflare and platinum sponsors Checkpoint, Group-IB and Trend Micro will join local companies such as exhibitor Datagaze and Gold sponsors Onesec and Osiyotech in supporting the summit and the development of the cyber security sector in Uzbekistan and the wider region. Sponsors and exhibitors also include Cyber Park, Commvault, CrowdStrike, eGa, Expertise France, HWG Sababa, iiTD, A10, Fortinet, Tsarka and ICANN.
